Regional Meetings

We convene regional meetings where leaders connect and create valuable social capital to fuel the growth of philanthropy worldwide.

GPLI

The Global Philanthropy Leadership Initiative (GPLI) is a joint initiative of EFC, Council on Foundations and WINGS. GPLI is co-chaired by Fundação Calouste Bulbenkian and the Charles Stewart Mott Foundation, with a task force comprised of 30+ philanthropic leaders, and its purpose is to develop new ways of advancing the practice and impact of philanthropy at the global level. more »

Transparency & Accountability

The past decade has seen a profound increase in the need for greater accountability in philanthropy, on the part of both donors and grantees, and the importance of transparency and public disclosure of information around philanthropic giving is now widely acknowledged.
