Global philanthropy needs innovative solutions. That's why WINGS applies peer learning and support by mobilising philanthropy professionals in the network to share best practices and real-world experiences with one another. Our peer learning events (PLEs) and webinars educate our members on new approaches to giving, and help to strengthen organisational capacity through knowledge exchange.

WINGS disseminates learnings from PLEs and regional meetings via concrete products that can serve as resource material for participants as well as WINGS members who are not able to attend in person. These toolkits are works in progress, and we endeavor to document experiences and lessons learned from the daily challenges and achievements of our global membership.

Promoting knowledge exchange is at the core of what we do. The WINGS webinar series is a dynamic, cost-effective way to help develop organizational capacity, and gives network participants more "face time" between PLEs and regional meetings.
