That's why WINGS applies peer learning and support by mobilising philanthropy professionals in the network to share best practices and real-world experiences with one another. Our peer learning events (PLEs) and webinars educate our members on new approaches to giving, and help to strengthen organisational capacity through knowledge exchange.

Our PLE programme brings together the best in the sector to address the challenges faced by associations and grantmakers every day. Topics include governance, association and network building, good grantmaking practice, accountability, innovation in measurement of results, investment and fundraising strategies, advocacy and public policy, and more.
