Governance

The leadership and direction of WINGS is the responsibility of the multinational WINGS Coordinating Committee, made up of senior executives from network participants.
The chair is Fernando Rossetti, secretary-general of GIFE - Group of Institutes, Foundations and Enterprises. The vice chair is Rory Francisco Tolentino, Executive Director of the Asia Pacific Philanthropy Consortium. The Coordinating Committee meets twice annually. Working groups
There are a number of working
groups that guide WINGS programmes and activities. The current
working groups and their members are:
- WINGS Resource Mobilization Advisory Committee
