Registration

All eligible applicants are requested to register for WINGSForum through the online registration system. If you experience problems please contact wings@efc.be.

Housing

WINGSForum will be held at the Millennium Hilton Bangkok in downtown Bangkok (website). The WINGS Secretariat has secured a block of rooms for WINGSForum participants in the same hotel that was held until 16 August. Reservations made after 16 August may be at different rates or in different hotels.

If you don't have a reservation yet, please make it through WINGSForum online registration, and consult the WINGSForum travel agent Tone Tveit about rates and availability (contact information for Tone is given on the Conference Contacts page and in the registration system).
