The following tool can help you assess the extent and quality of your networking and partnership.

DEVELOPING NETWORKING AND PARTNERSHIPS

After identifying the gaps and their sources, you may find the following useful in addressing them. The “Milestones” in the tool refer to documents or situations that tell you are close to achieving your task, such as “A policy on partnerships has been developed”, “a rationale for entering into partnerships has been formulated”, “an assessment of potential partners has been developed”, “a memorandum of agreement has been prepared”.
