The Banking Association South Africa is a not-for-profit industry body representing all registered banks in South Africa. These include both local and international banks operating in South Africa. Our membership stands at 34 banks.
Its broad role is to "establish and maintain the best possible platform on which banks can do progressive, responsible, competitive, profitable and sustainable banking".
