CPCS is an autonomous, nonprofit center under the National Institute of Development Administration (NIDA)- a government institution of higher learning at the post-graduate level. The Center was founded on March 19, 1997 and grew out of a series of exploratory studies and research, seminars and meetings focusing on the not-for-profit sector.
