Note: WINGS has been advised that Jamaica Foundations and Corporate Donors recently closed its doors, having begun the process of winding down the organization in late 2009. There are hopes that another organization may emerge in its wake at some point in the future.

• To ensure that education, training, and professional development, as well as relevant publications and appropriate resources, are available to grantmakers
• To provide for grantmakers representation and communication with policymakers in government, the media, and the general public
• To actively promote the creation of grantmaking organizations and to encourage their growth and expansion
