Programmes:

Enabling Environment Initiative (EEI) facilitates a dialogue among various stakeholders (especially the Government and the Civil Society Organisations) to propose a consensus-based and enabling regulatory framework.

Creating linkages between the corporate sector and nonprofit organisations and enabling businesses to invest in social development. Our public private partnership project is focussing on promoting quality education in state run primary and secondary schools through facilitating investment of corporate philanthropy.

Research studies are building a body of knowledge on the nature and scope of diaspora and corporate philanthropy. It is expected that these researches will inform the design of services to increase the volume and effectiveness of philanthropy.

NPO Certification System sets sector wide standards of good internal governance, transparent financial management and effective programme delivery. The seal of good housekeeping (purely optional for any nonprofit to obtain) is given after thorough, professional and objective evaluation of the organisation according to the laid down criteria. PCP certification enhances credibility of certified organisations, helping them to access increased donor assistance. It also forms the basis of obtaining tax benefits from the Government.
