Benjamin Bellegy
Executive Director
Benjamin Bellegy is the Executive Director at WINGS. He has previously led international programs in a variety of fields such as local civil societies’ strengthening, sustainable development or post-disaster reconstruction. Prior to WINGS, Benjamin was managing international programs at Fondation de France, where he has led several collaborations with other foundations and worked on the issue of philanthropy development. He has previously worked for the International Cooperation Agency of Monaco and for several NGOs in Ethiopia, Tunisia and Canada. He also has an extended field knowledge of a number of other countries and regions such as North and West Africa, Haïti, the Philippines and Nepal. He earned a master’s degree in non-profit organizations’ management from the Institut d’Etudes Politiques of Grenoble.








Isabela Carvalho
Program Coordinator

Isabela Carvalho's eight years of experience in the development sector have included five years as Network and Project Manager for Ashoka Changemakers’ global initiatives, and, most recently, management of communications and integration for the United Nations in Angola, where she built partnerships, improved inter-Agency cooperation, and supported relief missions. In her career, Isabela has also supported a German social enterprise promoting youth employment, coordinated a Dutch international cooperation program that united Brazilian and Dutch youth to promote youth empowerment in low-income communities, wrote about accessible tourism for a Portuguese digital magazine, and crafted strategic communications plans for a number of institutions in Brazil. Through her experiences, Isabela has developed strong multi-sector program management and stakeholder engagement skills, as well as a keen passion for social innovation.
   








Sarah Brown-Campello
Network Coordinator

Sarah holds a bachelor’s degree in religious studies and a master’s degree in Peace and Conflict Studies from the University of Sydney, Australia. She has worked in Australia, the US and Israel/Palestine for grassroots and national organizations working with philanthropy, refugees and sports for peace-building. Aside from philanthropy, her interests include refugee resettlement, religious peace-building and children’s rights.






Rebecca Soragni
Administrative Coordinator

Rebecca has many years of nonprofit experience in administration and with nonprofits, including in London where she worked for The National Benevolent Fund for the Aged. Previous to WINGS, she worked in São Paulo as a workshop coordinator for a charity developing educommunication projects in public schools. Rebecca has an accounting diploma from Italy.


Julia Catani
Programme Assistant

Julia holds a bachelor's degree in International Relations with a minor in Advocacy at ESPM – SP. She was an exchange student at the Université de Cergy Pontoise, France, where she was born and lived until the age of 6. She has attended several NGO events and taken part in UN model simulations. She worked in Ghana as a field representative in a selective development program providing clean water to rural communities. Her biggest passion is travel and exchanging experiences with local people in different cultures, and she has a deep interest in philanthropy and humanitarian causes, especially those involving women.

Alex Swallow Communications Consultant

Alex is a social entrepreneur who set up his own charitable organisation encouraging young people to join charity boards. Previous roles include being Chief Executive of a charity in London, an Assistant Language Teacher in Japan and a political intern. Nisha Kotecha Communications Consultant
Nisha is a social entrepreneur who is passionate about highlighting the impact charities have. In 2014, she set up Good News Shared, a website that features uplifting charitable stories from around the world.
