Meetings
The WINGS-CF constituent group (formerly the WINGS-CF network) convenes global meetings ever two to three years to convene grantmaker associations and support organisations serving community foundations.

Community foundations: Symposium on a global movement (Berlin, 2004), was organised by WINGS to look at the role of community foundations and their impact worldwide.
Programmes and resources
WINGS-CF engages in community foundation promotion and communication at key international events.
WINGS was the original incubator of the Global Fund for Community Foundations makes small grants to develop the capacities of community foundations and other local philanthropic institutions which are grantmakers and which raise funds from local sources.
