Community foundation promotion and communication

Many of the organisations active in WINGS-CF share an agenda to develop and advance the community foundation field through

  • creating sustainability in community foundations,
  • securing the funding of infrastructure bodies supporting and promoting community foundations,
  • influencing multi-lateral agencies to turn their programme attention to community foundation development (and conversely assisting the integration of community foundation development into funding programmes), and
  • developing advocacy, nationally and internationally, for the community foundation concept.

Some of this is done through participation in events. Below is a selection of international events at which there are plans to advance this agenda. If you wish to make a contribution please get in touch with the key contact to discuss (NB the key contact for this is not necessarily the main contact organising the event itself). If you would like to add additional events and opportunities please contact us.

In the archive you can find information about WINGS-CF’s activities in past events, and reports and/or other outputs.
