As part as our activity, WINGS surveys its members and compiles reports on philanthropy infrastructure from the data we gather.
We use the website www.surveymonkey.com to launch these surveys. For this purpose, we may ask you for some objective and subjective information.
Data is only used in aggregate form and any deviation from this, we will contact you directly for permission for use beforehand.
For the Membership Application
Basic information: name of your organisation and its acronym, address (country, city, main address), contact (e-mail, telephone)
Primary and additional contacts: Mail, position and telephone
About the organisation: Type of Support organisation, mission and vision, geographic areas served, program areas, services offered, staff (number of paid staff, employed by the organization, number of volunteers)
Any emails you provide WINGS with will not be visible to the public on your page profile. Only WINGS members can see other WINGS member emails.
We may track some financial and budget information from our members and other philanthropy support organizations.
WINGS collects this information to better serve its members and network and as part of its mission to increase knowledge about the field of support to philanthropy. We may display general information on our network map and member profiles based on their membership application and communications with WINGS. We offer all members, at any point during the membership application phase and after, the option to change their sharing preferences. At any point, should a member wish to stop sharing specific organizational information with the public via our website and communications, please contact the WINGS office who can immediately take it down.
