Benjamin Bellegy
Executive Director

Benjamin Bellegy is the Executive Director at the Worldwide Initiatives for Grantmaker Support (WINGS). He has previously led international programs in a variety of fields such as local civil societies’ strengthening, sustainable development or post-disaster reconstruction. Prior to WINGS, Benjamin was managing international programs at Fondation de France, where he launched and led several pooled funds and collaborations with other foundations and supported philanthropy development in the Global South. He has previously worked for the International Cooperation Agency of Monaco and for several NGOs in Ethiopia, Tunisia and Canada. He also has an extended field knowledge of a number of other countries and regions such as North and West Africa, Haïti, the Philippines and Nepal. He earned a political sciences diploma and a master’s degree in non-profit management from the Institut d’Etudes Politiques of Grenoble, and a master's degree in communication and information sciences from the Stendhal University of Grenoble.

Nayara Lima
Administrative & Finance Coordinator


Nayara is the Administrative and Finance Coordinator for WINGS. She is a Civil Engineer and holds a Master’s degree in Controllership and a post-graduate certificate in Investment Management. She has around 10 years of experience in large private companies in Brazil from sectors such as constructions, stock exchange and insurance, and has extensive experience with FP&A routines, strategic and finance analysis. With over 2 years of work experience in the third sector, she has worked in projects contributing to develop social technologies to foster income generation and development of local fragile communities. She has also been engaged in volunteering activities in Brazil and abroad, including engaging in refugee support projects in London – UK and, more recently, in initiatives to foster and enhance women’s empowerment in New York – US.

Nadya Hernández
Programs Manager

Nadya is the Programs Manager for WINGS. She's a Social Communicator & Journalist, holds a Master's degree in Communication, Development, and Social Change and completed a post-graduate program in Social Innovation. In 2017 she was a professional fellow of the International Center for Journalists. Since 2008, Nadya has helped national, regional and global organizations to develop strategic partnerships; engage with their networks; plan, implement and evaluate projects; and improve the way they communicate with key stakeholders.

Bia Mion
Programs Associate

Bia is the Programs Associate for WINGS. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Sciences and Humanities and is currently studying International Relations and Public Policy in the Universidade Federal do ABC - UFABC. Besides philanthropy, her interests include Human Rights issues, especially Women's Rights; and Environmental issues.

Pablo Collada
Senior Advisor and Coordinator for Latin America & the Caribbean

Pablo is the Senior Advisor and Coordinator for Latin America & the Caribbean for WINGS. He's a Mexican sociologist. For the past 15+ years he has worked on Social Development issues either in the public sector and civil society. He was the Executive Director of Fundación Ciudadanía Inteligente in Chile, an organization with projects in more than 10 countries in Latin America promoting democratic strengthening. He was also head of the Research Area for the Lab for the City initiative in Mexico City. Currently he serves as global advisor for the Governance Lab, and is an active member of civil society organization boards in Chile, Colombia and regional institutions. He lives in Santiago de Chile from where he continues to work on consultancy, research and workshops mainly in the Latin American Region on issues regarding democratic governance and civic engagement.

Sarah Brown-Campello
Programs & Network Coordinator

Sarah is the Programs & Network Coordinator for WINGS. She holds a bachelor’s degree in religious studies from Dickinson College and a master’s degree in peace and conflict studies from the University of Sydney, Australia. She has worked in Australia, the US, and Israel/Palestine for grassroots and national organizations working with philanthropy, refugees and sports for peace-building. Aside from international development and philanthropy, her interests include religious peace-building and sports for development.

Maíra Prado
Network Engagement Associate

Maíra is the Network Engagement Associate for WINGS. She holds a bachelor’s degree in public administration at Fundação Getulio Vargas. Her engagement in grassroot organizations started in 2010 and since then, she has worked with philanthropy in multiple environments, including as a former intern at Fundação Lemann and Instituto Phi. She is also interested in local movements for civic engagement, culture, and sustainability.

Susan Njambi Odongo
WINGSForum Coordinator

Susan Njambi Odongo is the WINGSForum Coordinator for WINGS. She is an active contributor to the international and local socio economic development scene; where she has contributed to the evolution of philanthropy, network and partnership development and public policy. She has a vast experience in civil society development, having worked in the fields of environmental governance, gender mainstreaming, youth empowerment and human rights education. Susan is passionate about local communities and institutions and has worked with them to articulate, plan and successfully execute their development projects.

As a trained social development practitioner, Susan finds pleasure in engaging, training and mentoring organizations on public policy, program management and resource mobilization. She holds a Bachelors degree in Sociology and is pursuing her Masters in Research and Public Policy.
